This Scandinavian theme Villa has a different colour palette and stands as a unique structure. The elevation is cladded with Lepatro finish Perlato Marble and sides with grey paint. Series of vertical balcony and safety grills act as a design feature in the elevation. Flooring is done with Maroon colour marble and a beigish-brown wall colour to compliment the space. Rustic fittings are selected to suit the theme. A Master Bedroom in the ground floor has a private plunge pool, while the bedrooms in the first floor have sea view balconies. Compound wall is cladded with Jet Black Granite with grooves spaced in equal distance following the verticality and a concealed cove light is placed inside the granite coping to wash the wall surface.
