A Colonial Villa with two double storey columns on either side gives a grand approach to the main door. The main door leads to the formal living and informal living. Formal living leads to the dining and then to the kitchen. Two bedrooms at the rear is planned with attached dressing rooms and toilets. A semi-circular staircase leading to the first floor comprises of a large living room giving access to four bedrooms. The semi-circular staircase forms as a circular cut-out, which looks up to the dome in the roof. A double storey Crystal Chandelier is placed in the staircase area. Wall beadings and furniture give the Colonial touch to the interior. Each bedroom has an individual colour theme according to the occupants preference.
