Located in the heart of Nungambakkam, the theme of this site is English with brick cladding and cornice work in elevation. A detailed selection of colours and materials enhance the theme with chequered black and white flooring in lift lobby, combination of glossy white and wood finish plank tiles in main areas and in staircase. Minimal handrail design that goes with the theme. Doors are made with wood and teakwood beading work to go with the theme, while the windows have Georgian Bars fixed at equal distance. Grooves in pillars with capital and base have band work in it. Main gate is made of mild steel and the compound wall with a semi-circular opening where the other half with mild steel.
