This Chettinadu style residence replicates the orginial Chettinadu houses with a Muttram that provides ventilation to the entire house. A retractable roof over the Muttram allows rain and sunlight when needed. A series of stone pillars and a pitched roof in the Verandah give a long semi-open seating space it's beauty. A grand entrance door leads to the living and dining area. A symmetrical plan with a staircase in the rear centre leads to the top floors. Four bedrooms with attached toilets in first floor are placed and accessed through a stretch of corridor around the Muttram. A single bedroom in terrace gives a panoramic sea view.
