This site is carefully designed in Colonial Style with double height living room and a Bohemian Crystal chandelier illuminating the space. Grooves in pillars with cornice and band work around the openings add a feature to the elevation. Bottocino marble door frames with teak wood shutters give a contrast to the door openings, while the windows with Georgian bars. Burgundy and white marble flooring in chequered pattern leads to the main entrance. Breccia and Bottocino marble flooring with a similar wall colour gives oneness to the space. A carved detail of floral marble inlay work in alternate steps beautify the space. Rose wood finish soffit panels on the underside of the balconies with Mangalore tile slope roofing as sunshades give warmth to the elevation.
